a way to lease a car that never puts you in a chair across from a salesperson until the paperwork already says what you agreed to. it works because it removes everything a dealership uses to move the number: urgency, rapport, confusion, and information about you.
every dealer for the make within driving distance gets the request. distance is cheap; a dealer three hours away who beats the local one by $40 a month is worth the drive once. out-of-state dealers often win because their market is different.
the software finds them from your zip and radius, plots them on a map, and lets you send to all of them, to rings by distance in waves, or to any subset you filter.
one request, identical for every dealer: the car, the term, the miles, excellent credit, no trade, $0 down, acquisition fee rolled in, no add-ons, every incentive listed. and the only acceptable reply is a detailed lease agreement showing the complete calculation: msrp, selling price, incentives, cap cost, cap-cost reduction, acquisition fee, residual, money factor, doc fee, government fees, tax, due at signing, monthly payment, and accessories.
quotes on identical terms are the only quotes that can be compared. the request email is fixed; the model may adjust a greeting, never a number.
a payment with no breakdown, a "come in and we'll work something out", a phone call request, a question about your trade or your budget: none of these get a conversation. incomplete quotes get the same list of line items back and nothing else. everything else gets silence or a one-line hold.
every reply is read and the numbers extracted. incomplete: the 14-item list goes back. scheduling pushes and requests for personal information get one fixed line. off-topic mail is dropped.
when a complete, clean quote arrives that is the lowest effective cost so far, that quote, with its numbers, goes to every other dealer: here is a written quote on the same car and terms, beat it or don't bother. the dealer who sent it hears nothing; they are already the standard. repeat until you choose.
effective cost is everything due at signing plus every payment, divided by the term. a low payment with money down never wins. the payment is recomputed from the dealer's own cap cost, residual and money factor, so hidden markup shows.
you never explain, apologize, or reveal anything: not your timeline, not your other quotes' sources, not why you want the car, not what you can afford. you never react to "this offer expires today" or "i went to my manager for you". you never answer a question that is not needed to produce the quote. the less they know, the more they have to compete on the only thing you let them compete on: the number.
the software writes in that voice and cannot agree to a visit, a call, a credit application, money down, or add-ons. anything unusual from a dealer waits for you and is never answered automatically.
when you pick the winner, the closing email asks for the final lease agreement matching the quote exactly, before you come in. you show up to sign that document. if what is on the desk differs, you leave.
the closing email always goes to you for approval first, so you read exactly what you are committing to.
