quotes are compared on effective monthly cost: everything due at signing plus every payment, divided by the term. a low payment with $3,000 down does not win. a marked-up money factor gets caught against the program buy rate. residuals that do not match the bank's table get questioned.
anything unusual from a dealer (asks for a deposit, a social security number, a different car) always waits for the customer. the software never agrees to anything.
